The book is about Jonah and Katherine stuck in the year 1611, and they have to fix time so it doesn’t affect the future. But Jonah has to be a famous person that he doesn’t know anything about(back in the years 1611), so it is hard for him to act out his actions when he doesn’t even know him. But then all the tracers go away which is bad and time is going to be wreck fast so they have to fix this issue quick or time will be ruined. But then he starts doing somethings wrong and gets put in a really bad device that is meant to embarrass that subject. But when he is in this decisive his sister Katherine finds someone died on the boat and she goes and tells her brother and they both are very scared and was wondering why someone would kill a sick man. So when he gets out of the device he was to go on top on the watchtower to find land and the person who “killed” the other person is now climbing up there and there isn’t a lot of room up there so so his sister had to go down. So she did when she was climbing down she fell and the person who killed the guy caught her and saved her. He kept climbing up and Jonah and him talked and then Jonas realized that only people who are from the future can see his invisible sister. It was second that killed that guy. Second was in a disguise and Second is the one that kept JB away from Jonah and Katherine which is bad because he could’ve helped them fix history quick and that it goes right. So Second really made history bad by making rivers that were never there and it really scared Jonah. And Second told Jonah that he had to put him in the device other wise history would get worst. So after they talked they see land and they see tracers again, so they made history better. When they get to land Jonah had to follow the famous guy’s tracer and they seen a bear. Jonah keeps up with the tracer and the tracer goes and stabs the bear and Jonah does the same but before he dies he gets pulled out of there by Second. He is surprised and they talked for awhile. Then Jonah and his sister see JB and they run to him because they have been through a hard run. So he explains what he has gone through and then send them into a non time wasting box/thing so he take a future phone and it brings him back in time where JB was. Jonah saved them and the paintings (you will get this if you read the 3 book) and then they meet the real John Hudson. (the famous guy I was talking about earlier)

The central idea of the book is fixing time because this story wouldn’t be so much fun to read about if it didn’t have it, and we would have no story because then they would have nothing to fix. Jonah was very hard working and he never gave up because he want to go home and get to his famous person in history. Jonah ties in with the central idea by working with JB and fixing time so they can go home and rest until the next time traveling mission and time wouldn’t be fix without him and his sister. JB is a caring man that would rather save kids then time itself. Plus JB works his hardest to try to get back with Jonah and katherine. Second helps this story by wrecking time and making everybody fix his mistakes which is selfish. Katherine is Jonah sister and she is invisible the whole story and figures stuff out for Jonah, because he was stuck for a good chunk of the book so she stood places where she would hear secret information or just good importation to know. She helps a lot because she believes in him and other things too.

This was a really good book overall, but it did have some minor fractions like, making the story to quick in some areas and you don’t get the whole point/purpose of that part or who we don’t know who the famous person in we would have to do research on that person to know about him/her, and if I say these are the only mistakes then the book it really good because these mistakes don’t even matter. Also the book is really easy to read if you higher grade level but I think the older you are the more you will pick up on. The book was easy but not predictable because She left good details on who might have done it but then it really just was someone else acting good or something like that. I thought the book ending was like I want to read more because they just leave it until the next book and all you get is one hint. Plus she can relate the book to you which is really good speaking that the book is fiction. People who like action, mystery, and solving will all like this book. ...more "
