"If I were a character in this book, I would immediately make a new friend in Finely, they protagonist. He is a kid with kindness and an extremely impressive work ethic. People seem to trust him with anything and although he doesn't talk much, his doesn't let things like his ego get in the way of him being a good person." — Apr 03, 2017 05:58AM

"I am similar to Gerald because we are both pessimists. Gerald doesn't see much good in situations and expects the worse. Other then than however, Gerald and I are very dissimilar. Gerald has a terrible family and has suffered because of his actions as a five year old. He has been the center of attention for all the wrong reasons that aren't even his fault. I hadve a loving family and the ways we live are opposite" — Mar 13, 2017 05:59AM

"One of Stupid Fast's themes is that you can spread your misery to those who are around you. Felton's best friend Gus has to go to Venezuela to see his sick grandma. Felton, is left all alone in their home town. Felton turns into a jerk. He complains to his single mother so much that eventually there is an obvious change in her. Felton thought he was to suffer alone, but he has brought that suffering to those he loves" — Jan 30, 2017 02:35PM
