"One significant event, along with many others, is before Katniss and Peeta’s victory tour, when president snow threatens Katniss and tells her that she is being watched. I think that this was forshadowing for a rebellion because President snow specifically said that he is watching her to prevent any rebellions from happening. Why would the author imclude this threat if nothing happened?" — May 14, 2018 02:27PM
