"Currently, the book is talking about "the channel capacity" which is a concept in cognitive physiology which refers to the amount of space in our brain for certain kinds of information. The book is also talking about "the magic 7" that's what George Miller calls it, if you are given 20 different sweet teas ranging in sweetness you will only get 6-7 categories, this translates to almost anything.
