This book was interesting, but I really enjoyed the additional chapters that acknowledged the change in perspective that time brings. The statement that you will never understand crazy is something to keep in mind for anyone trying to understand those who hurt others, whether it is as simple as a lie, or the horrendous crimes read about in the book. We will never understand why people do the terrible things they do. Sometimes, for one’s own sanity, the effort to understand has to end. Live your life.
