Rabbi Yaron Kapitulnik, June 22, 2025, Now is the time to reshape the Middle East. At this moment—when Israel's enemies have been severely weakened and their dreams of eliminating Israel have been shattered—we must not miss the opportunity to pursue a lasting peace. Let us pray that the people of Iran, Lebanon, and Gaza come to see that violence leads only to destruction. If they choose the path of courage and peace, they can build a far better future for their children—one rooted in dignity, stability, and hope. And let’s pray that the Israeli people will (soon) vote in a government that does not endorse nor gives power to Jewish extreme voices who have no interest in peace and compromise. Voice that are damaging Israel’s moral core in the international arena, but even more dangerously, hurting Israel from within.
