Then he had fun listening to one of the smartest people around and one of the oldest tell stories about dragons and their riders. Finally Eragon had to leave back to his old hut living with his uncle and many cousins. Eragon was disappointed for he couldn't sell the rock. Well it turns out that the rock was actually an egg! The whole time the "stone" had been the small comforting home of a dragon. Now Eragon did not know what to do with the poor defense less dragon. After thinking for a while, he knew exactly what to do, take him to the dense woods around his house and build a home for him up in a tree, and feed him on his free time. It was amazing that Eragon had this sort of connection with the dragon, they could talk telepathically with images and feeling. After about two weeks, the dragon was about 4x its original size, could fly and could hunt on his own. The rest is for you to find out.

This is my second Eragon summary for I haven't been reading but here is the second part. Well After the dragon's rapid growth, Eragon continued his life normally, but checking on the Dragon constantly. Later Eragon went on a trip with Garrow to the city of Carvahal to trade crops and goods. Eragon took advantage of this situation and went to talk to a dragon expert. He told Eragon the whole story of Dragons and their riders that had great connections and if one died, the other would too. It was a long way back for their house and Eragon decided to give his Dragon name. Eragon would give a list of names to the Dragon and none would work. Until the last female name thought of was said, Saphira. During this trip back too, Garrow was talked to and he and Eragon decided that they would go to a far away city to work in the mills. This was a very dangerous job, but they needed the money. So three weeks later they departed. When they finally arrived, Eragon was warned that some military officials were looking for the "stone" that he had found in the spine. Eragon was forced to go back to his farm house. Though on the way, he overheard somebody telling the guards that he had it and they were going to him immediatly. Eragon got home and everything was normal, he called for Saphira and... ...more "
