“Do not make the spanking a joke. Don't make it playful. Give him proper corporal punishment. It starts by setting the right tone. Let him know why he is being disciplined. If there is not a specific infraction, just let him know you have noticed he has been stressed or uptight, and you have decided a spanking is appropriate.”
