" While I really really wanted to like this book I just can't it. To be honest I should have only given it one star but Ally has always been one of by favorite characters.
The Good:

The Good:
The book- was long so we got a lot of story which was good because there was a lot to get caught up on. Nice to be able to see them in the future although I lost who's kids where whom after a while.
Ally- could be awesome,independent and cool when she wasn't having her brains f*%# out by Ren.
Ren - could be hot, macho and sweet when he wasn't f% Ally's brains out.
Darius- I liked that we get more page time with him but sad that he didn't have his own book. i liked him in this book better then either Ally or Ren.

The Bad:
The book felt way over sexed. Every time Ally and Ren did anything fought, made up, walked down the street they where at each other. I wanted this book to be a little more like Luke and Ava's where they had sex but not all the time there was no real build up to it. I understand that this is mostly what the book is about but still give the reader a little breathing room. Do to them having sex all the time it made the story less believable for me which took away for the story for me.
The Catholic factor: I wish that K.A. had just left this part out. To me faith is a very personal thing to have a person Male or female change to a belief system just because of another person is unbelievable to me.
This also made the story unreal for me. I get that they don't fight a lot about this because they need to have there HEA ending. But in real life that is not how it works having two different faiths is a very hard issue to over come. By glossing over this issue it made the characters very unreal to me. On the same thought the Catholic church does not condone sex before marriage wish Ren and Ally have every change they get. the Catholic church preaches about abstinence which neither character was practicing.
The Stripping: I did not bother me that Ally did it as an under cover investigator. What bother me was that not only was Ren ok with it he was turned on by it. Ren who was not ok with Ally investigating bad guys was ok with her stripping. This made Ren not only unbelievable to me but also made him seem perverted to me.
While I found the fact that the books where written into the book annoying it was not what really turned me off to the books. This book just felt so unreal to me that i could not get into it very disappointing read Not sure I would even pick up Rock chick LA at this point. ...more "
