"I can barely remember these characters and it’s kinda driving me crazy. The book is so similar to others I’ve read, but it’s entertaining so far. I will carry on. I know I read Quicksilver in a week. Maybe I didn’t digest it and my review was that every trope that ever existed was in that book. So far, that rings true here as well." — Nov 18, 2025 02:33PM

"This feels inappropriate now and I imagine it did when it came out in 1977. It’s all the wrong things that horrors are made of. Erotic in every wrong way. Should I continue this? It’s uncomfortable. Shit. I feel like I have to read it to understand the genre. But this is messed up." — Sep 03, 2025 04:47PM
