I believe this because currently in the book, Bob found Atticus, spat in his faces, cussed at him, and threatened to kill him. I feel like Bob would be the type of person to follow through with his threat. I also think Tom is going to for sure be charged as guilty just because he is black. Evan is surrounded by a ton of teenagers that always judge his every move. He also, ends up having a huge online presence with the Connor Project.
