Every time it would fall apart, I would drive myself crazy trying to figure out where I went wrong or how I could fix things. I went into “fixer mode” not realizing that I had been trained as a child, to serve everyone’s needs before mine.
No truer statement could be made here. Many people are faced with this dilemma and have no clue that it is not normal to operate in this capacity.
