"im definitely much more invested in the story with Vivian and the narrator (...does the narrator have a name??) than the tv show. i'm amazed by the imagination it took to conjure a show like this, but i get a little lost with the format (no chronology in an encyclopedia) and even if it was more show-like, i honestly don't really have the patience for TV shows like this 😭" — Feb 23, 2024 06:25AM

"girl these run-on sentences... they're like 3 pages long. Switched to the audiobook in Spanish and it's so much better. The cadence is beautiful but I have to keep pausing it to ask my mom what a word means lol. I probably won't finish this cause it seems a bit too advanced for my first book in Spanish." — Sep 05, 2023 08:52AM

Perhaps we could show how it feels to travel through time with a complicated gender, including the ways our past selves ripple into our present selves.
