Katniss Everdeen Prim's sister volunteered to go in the Hunger Games for Prim. In the boys elections Peeta Mellark, a son of a baker was choosed to compete in the Hunger Games. Madge the daughter of the mayor gave a mockingjay pin. Katniss and Peeta are going in the train to the Hunger Games. When she gets down she meets her new stylist Cinna and her assistant Portia. When they go to train in the Arena with Peeta. The trainer is called Atala thatis really tall. Katniss and Peeta are talking about techniques in the Hunger Games. After the days of training they get more friends and tell jokes. When finally the Gamemakers want to see what the kids did so they did demonstrations of kids to give 0 to 12 so they get their extra pints. When its turn of Katniss she takes a bow of metal and she shoots and some of the Gamemakers were in approval but most of them nod with disapproval. She thinks that she is a little girl that can't hit a dead pig. Katiss gets angry and shoot to the pig which had an apple in its mouth.She got so angry and mad because the Gamemakers didn't thought of her as a great shooter. She went to her room and sobbed. When Ellie knocked on the door to go to dinner she went. when they announced the points the District twelve got 11 so they were so happy. It was so hard to get a 11 because last time a kid won he won a 5 so she was scared but she won a 11. Everybody congratulated Katniss and Peeta for their great job. Katniss and Peeta finished their last training and have noticed that a 12 year old called Rue have been paying attention to them. Katniss has been feeling really bad for her since she reminds her of Prim. The Games have started. Katniss started and got help from the sponsor. She got hurt really bad. She notices that Peeta is in an alliance with other people. Peeta is seriously injured. They both want to survive or both die so they risk to suicide if they both don't win. At last they both win the Hunger Games and they are both happy and relieved.
REVIEW CRITIQUE
The Hunger Games book is really good.The book has everything romance, tragedy, happiness, suspense, and fight. It is the perfect for every person. It is based on the Roman fights. It is the best book and I would recommend the book to everybody. ...more "
