Mind blown. This was published before the Dungeons & Dragons podcast "Acquisitions Incorporated" was even a thing, then years later, Rothfuss is playing with that group as a rogue named Viari.
Sure, taking a name and features of one's existing characters when playing D&D is a know practice, but the fact that Viari was already associated with "acquisitions" really stood out to me.
