Still reading this book. Very intriguing, the characters are easy to love and very easy to follow along. The aspect of a blind girl in WW2 in Paris is very interesting. Although the book can drag along with a few chapters, I am enjoying it so far

"Throughout the book so far, we have two sides to a sad and tense story. One of the stories follows a blind girl named Anne-Marie in Paris, who escaped the big city with her father who is a locksmith. He is supposedly carrying a diamond worth millions. On the other side of the story, we see a young german boy named Werner develop his love of mechanics. He is drafted into the highest status of Hitler's school." — Sep 18, 2018 05:34PM
