"definitely hooked. kind of made up my mind that I do agree to this book being a modern classic. a blueprint for sure that has influenced the literary world. and whether you like the book or not or think it’s badly written that is just a fact. we wouldn’t have the dark academia genre at least as we know it today without the secret history. even a movie like Saltburn has clear inspirations from this book." — Jan 30, 2025 06:56AM
