"Book 1 thus far: beautiful prose and lyrical poetry along with many references to Greek epics and poetry. In truth, my knowledge of Greek epics is far more scattered and significantly less than my knowledge of Catholic doctrine but this does not detract from the reading rather it makes me want to read the works he references." — Jan 31, 2025 04:51AM
