It's rare to find someone who even thinks, let alone says, that there should be any limits on the spread of the sacred book. We are not well-prepared by our own experiences and feelings to appreciate the gift of a Bible that is now, for the first time, published in the local language. But Luther had to fight not only for the right to read but also to work, so that they might have something to practice that right on.”
