I am so happy to have discovered and read this book! What a delightful way to bring wonderful books to the attention of her readers. The Covid pandemic as a base for the story is a great way to remind us of the realities of what we incurred from 2020-2022 and the spirit of creativity that burst forth from so many different avenues. This bookshop created its community from readers and non-readers with its “pharmacy.” How very clever. The characters are truly believable and I loved getting to know them so well. The book reviews sent to each requester made me want to read them all and I am so grateful the author included the list in its entirety at the end of the book. Read this book for all of the above and just for the joy of reading!
