Many don't know that he was the actual writer of the Original Star Wars, as well as the first Star Trek movie, Alien, The Black Hole, Starman, The Thing, Clash of the Titans, Pale Rider, The Chronicles of Riddick. The list goes on and on. I think that he is probably one of the most under appreciated writers alive today.
