I love it when one book ties into others. Why are all of these nukes being dismantled? Ah, that's where Laura Sell's dad's book comes into play, which traces the fall of the USSR and the negotiations that happened before and after. What are all of those STRATCOM officers reading? The World is Flat by Thomas Freidman.
