I haven’t done an update in a minute for this book. I’ll admit that it’s taken me longer to get through this one. I like Butch and Marissa- I was tearing up as Butch was going through the transition and V was literally giving him CPR, BEGGING him to come back… I can’t, V loves him so much 😭❤️

Of course when she wants to do it he refuses, it’s only when he wants to that it’s ok

I can GUARANTEE that if the roles were reversed butch wouldn’t let her go through the transition

The tagline for this book should be “how many times can a man break his promises and the woman still be a pathetic doormat for him”

So she cried the entire time she did something she had to do to survive, meanwhile he can sleep with other people without a single thought towards her, and SHES the one who needs to apologize. Right.

That moment between Beth and Marissa was so sweet!!

If Marissa goes to stay with butch I swear I’m done. This book is by far the most sexist of the series and it is driving me crazy

Maybe Butch will put in one singular iota of effort now but I hope Marissa does not take him back

It just pisses me off to an unreal degree how “exited” he is that she’s untouched but he STILL HASNT SHOWERED from the last person he had sex with

I have no idea why she doesn’t care that he slept with another vampire. Normally I wouldn’t care I just care because they’re making it such a big deal that she is a virgin and he’s just sleeping around with whoever not caring about her
