Oooh, there's actual exercises and stuff. I wasn't expecting something so practical!

I happened upon this book at a time I really needed it back in April. I didn't get very far into it for reasons I no longer remember. Fortunately, over the past few months I've been feeling much better than I was back in the spring. But there's nothing wrong with a little prophylactic reading, and I don't like leaving things unfinished.
