In this last 20 pages in the book, Matt has really hard competition in the final against Riley. Matt ends up winning it and everyone in the school is so happy for him.

Matt is starting the snowboard competition and there are only four kids in his division including Riley the best snowboarder in dragon valley. Matt is super excited and uncle Clayton prepares Matt to beat the bully Riley. Matt starts the competition and he starts of in second place behind Riley by one point but there is still the half pipe and he is the best at this.

This book is about a kid named Matt and his dad left him as a baby and his mom is on a year work meeting in Europe. He lived in Chicago with his mom but now he lives with his uncle Clayton who is an awesome snowboarder and lives right next to the slopes. My least favorite character in this novel is Riley because he is very mean to Matt right when he enters school and he tells Matt to stay away from his girl melissa.
