Status Updates From 20世紀少年 全22巻+21世紀少年 上・下

Finished volume 16. Things were starting to get really interesting and mysteries were starting to get answers, and, then, there was another time-skip. While the series is really good, I'm starting to get kind of sick of being thrown forward into the dark with no answers.

Halfway through the series, woo! Volume 11 was difficult because it had this break-neck, frantic pacing to it. That's not a bad thing, as it's leading to things to come; it just made me feel as though I was holding my breath the entire time I was reading it.

Finished volume 8. This book left on a huge cliff-hanger; I can't wait to pick up the next. Koizumi, one of the newer characters, has just entered a virtual reality version of the memories of the Kenji faction from the 70s. She's trying to figure out the identity of "friend" , but, if she does, she'll be murdered.

Just finished volume 5. Major time-skip happened from 2000 to 2014, and the main characters switched from Kenji to his niece Kanna, who is 17 now. The world is very different now, and it's assumed that Kenji failed to save the world from the Bloody New Year's Eve.

Just finished volume 4. Since, this "book" encompasses the entirety of the series, there's not a very good way to keep track of page progress. So, I figured I'd take the total page count, divide it by the amount of volumes that there are (22) and then times that number, which I think is 227, by what volume I'm on. So far, it seems to pretty accurate way to access what page I'm on.
