Status Updates From Maus

The story of the book is about the son and dad who lives in the communism and nazism and they are talking about their old connection their past

So much to think about, to feel, to process. A story of surviving the Holocaust and the effects of that survival afterwards, paired with a strenuous relationship of a father and son trying to understand one another but refusing to be anyone but themselves. The characters as mice somehow makes a terrifying subject easier to approach and you ALMOST forget people lived this reality that some have the nerve to refute.
