Status Updates From Enchanted Evening

Really enjoying this. 1st book I've read by the author, because it was the only one available to checkout from my library on Kindle. Definitely will read more by her!

I am on page 39 after all these days, but that is not MM Kaye's fault; that is Hurricane Harvey's fault. I live in Corpus Christi, Texas, and Harvey has been quite the distraction. Yes, I and my home and family are fine, but many regions to the north of my house are not. Please keep these people in your thoughts as Texas bounces back.

The second half is not so charming and a bit unorganized with lack of focus, but still quite appealing from time to time.

Still quite entertaining! A born story-teller, Kaye doesn't seem self indulgent at all in her autobiography, and the world she depicted is nothing but charming...it never ceases to surprise me!

Not the best of the trilogy but maybe I just left it too long afer reading the first two. Hate that she ended up with a married man.

I have the most awful cold, even reading is difficult so I've not been getting on very well with this.
