I got it as a gift so out of respect I want to finish but olalaaaa it’s hard..

I’m not attached to any of the characters and I think the birth scene was so cliche and not well written
Just trying to finish the book at this point

Why does Rodriguez write about the prophet like he’s a god ?????

The story is okay but hard to differentiate between Candace and Isabel!

It is starting to get a bit more interesting but it’s kind of obvious what will happen next
