Status Updates From The Library: A Fragile History

Loving this! The narrator is perfect match for this book.

I've finally figured out what my hang-up is with this one. Its an odd mixture of details and a lack of detail at the same time.

For example, the text says that over seventy monasteries in Germany were sacked during the reformation, in nearly that many words. Then, in the next paragraph, it rattles off four names of towns or monasteries without context. I have to keep Wikipedia open to follow the threads.
