Status Updates From The Mercenary

Frankly, it may be because I'm in the middle of dry science exams, but I quite like the prose. Need some pretty writing atm, even if it does jump up and down sometimes. But even if it is more than most books in this genre, it's not nearly as purple as books I've read by some poets.

I'm liking the characters but holy fuck I'm still confused :(

I'm extremely confused right now. I have no idea what's going on and the constant switching of scenes with no breaks is starting to get on my nerves

Chapter one - hot as hell, and that with a sex scene that didn't use the word "cock" once. That's how you write steamy, baby.
