Not a good sign, I'm only 6% in and I'm picking it apart already. #1 She doesn't know if the house she wants is for sale, yet she's taking a contractor to look at it? #2 Standard it's been so long since she's been with anyone she's practically a virgin again. Tired of that one. #3 Series heroes are triplet brothers. DO NOT make the heroines roommates the heroines for the other two brothers. Too unbelievable.
