I keep pointing out people in my life with narcissistic tendencies and it’s made a lot of sense, like: “they tend to blame others” or “they’ll talk about how their the most successful.” I also really enjoyed the quiz in the book because I was not only able to rank myself but others. Lastly, childhood trauma is the MOST common cause of narcissism.

Things I’ve Learned:
Pathological narcissism happens when people only see the good in themselves and project their negative self onto others.
Passive aggressiveness, projection, anger, and denial can all be traits of a narcissist.
You can also see them in bad habits like: family distancing, cutting off all relationships, isolation, or trouble with their money/career.
