Many of us have been conditioned to start every introductory meeting with a quick overview of "Who we are and what we do". The truth is, our prospective customers are far more interested in who they are and what they do. We'd probably be better off if we quit trying to impress them with facts about us and instead impress them with what we have taken the time to learn about them.
