Status Updates From An American Childhood

No disrespect to the author who recently passed, but this has been a hard book to progress through. I’m reading it mostly because she is a Pulitzer prize winner and it’s a memoir of her childhood in Pittsburgh, which I also experienced, but part of the struggle for me is the minutia of detail and the long, long sentences. It’s just a style from a former era. But I’m almost done!
