this dude sucks. at least there were a few pages where he managed to not blame someone else for "making him" do something violent/abusive/etc

this book is mostly rape/abuse apology. I really wish she would just kill him.

The author is using (what I assume to be) a lot of medieval clothing and architectural descriptions, and I have no idea what the hell she is talking about. Besides that, so far, so good.

need more “heroines punching their heroes in the nose” instead of “heroines shooting their heroes.” more comedic and less life threatening

Two all of you third act breakup haters: you're missing out on an incredibly obvious joke. I can come on here and be like, "Things are going so well! I'm sure nothing will tear this couple apart" and we can all have a good chuckle about it. Would you deprive me of that experience??? Unconscionably cruel.
