The beginning of the book so far has been helpful. Descending into the woo now, however, and I find myself hesitating over the quoted doctors. While I find spiritual and other-than-pharmaceutical options incredibly relevant, I'm often suspicious of theories/practices/remedies that sound made up by the person(s) describing them. I will continue to read this, if for nothing else than a different perspective.

very interesting. I sure wish more docs wound look at diet and vitamin deficiencies before prescribing drugs with multiple "side effects"

Some parts of the book read as ads, which in itself, is not too bad, but I am keeping in mind that these doctors have $$$ to make especially since they are not "conventional" for lack of a better word. As long as someone receives benefits from treatment I'm not going to judge. I just worry that people go drug free from pressure, and it's not in their own best interest. IDK.

This isn't TOO judgmental on the medication front. It is, but I've read worse.

I'm annoyed that this book will probably tell people to stop taking their meds, but their disclaimer says that they can't legally be held responsible for any problems that happen to someone who takes the advice.

Hoping this will be useful in using with my medication when I get them back.
