I love Alec and Seregil’s relationship but I have to say that I extra appreciate the moments where Seregil is not recalling some trauma or other. It seems he has one for each building in this city they’re in.

Jumping into this series seven years after the first two and five years after I stopped reading this one for some reason. I saw the series on my shelf and the heart wants what the heart wants ! I don’t remember anything about this book which is great. Also why did I stop reading this series, these characters and this world is pretty great. I’m unknowable like the sea.
