Reallllyy pushing myself with this book ‘cause I don’t want to DNF it. There’s a lot of interesting things info it, but there’s some other stuff that I flat out don’t agree with it and it’s making it hard for me to pic up the book. It makes sense though because it’s been a while since this book was written and a lot of the research has been since outdated.
