Status Updates From The Colossus of Maroussi

I am thoroughly bored with Henry Miller and this book, but I’m going to finish it and then try to read something fun.

Henry Miller can get tiresome. I’m trying to read the book for what he sees, not what he sees in himself, and what he says, listening to himself talk. It’s hard to forget he’s there in Greece throwing his brain around

It’s ok but I can see aspects of the writing becoming grating to me. I already feel like I just want to get this out of the way. We’ll see.
