Chapter 5 was a slog. And, frankly, mostly unnecessary. Chapter 7, the penultimate chapter, is suggesting that developing hydro-power on rivers in the NWT should be a key component in generating green power in Alberta. Because, you know, Alberta totally has the right to starting using rivers that aren't in the province...

So far, a well-reasoned book, though I haven't got to the crux of the argument just yet. The author is still laying the groundwork and providing background information at this point.
