‘No, It couldn't have been about sliding. But listen, Billy, and I'll tell you a secret. Stick to sheets, Billy. Keep away from women and horses and, and - he stopped - eagles, Billy. If you love horses you'll get horse-shit, and if you love eagles you'll get eagle-shit? He stopped and put his head under the sheet.’

Ive no idea what i just read.
'Don't be afraid, the major said. His hands were folded on the blankets. 'I won't touch you. You can go back to your platoon if you like. But you had better stay on as my servant. You've less chance of being killed.'

Another chapter similar to the bullfighting one, only this time with boxers. It was definitely better, than the one prior, but still quite mid.
Also Jerry seems like an insufferable person, hes just a pure yes man.
“Put some water in that,”
“He’s a hooker (..) He’s just like all these hookers” they are talking about boxing btw

I think the only story i wont like of this book will be the first one. All the rest of them have been great, like im actually smiling and even chuckling at times.
Random, bet one thing i for sure wasn’t expecting for was a n-word drop multitude of times…
