His mother died last year. His mane generator broke so he has to use the back up. He plays games with his family at night. In the morning he fills up the genonater and goes hunting. Putting this one on hold - I'm having a very hard time sticking with it. I have seen a small part of the Yaak Valley, and I was hoping that this book would bring forth some of the wildness and beauty of the place - it does, in a way, but it's muddled within an excessive amount of rambling, redundancy, and philosophy.
