Status Updates From Pathological Altruism

Stupendous. Despite the fact that both empathy and altruism are qualities that's contributed to we strive, there is an optimum from both of it.
Many are offended when noble qualities, virtues are subjected to scrutiny.
If so, try to address the reasons! If there is something you dare no question, chances are that you have been on some way indoctrinated! Deal with that with curiosity! Like this book!

Another of those slow readings. I'm reading ch. 4 on Co-dependency. It was already a heavy & controversial topic in my graduate school years of the early 80's.

I just began this work a week or so ago. A strong complex weaving of conflicts contrasting those successes and failures of giving yourself. Altruism has needed this fashion of investigation for millenniums.
