Lots of great info on bread making. Oddly I am more interested in reading about bread making than I am actually making it. I think I am a bit intimidated by the process and am afraid to fail to fail which is stupid. It's bread not brain surgery; if I screw up no one is the worse. I got like this with book binding in art school. It's stupid.
