As I complete the introduction and first chapter, I am presently committed to finishing this book so that any unfavorable remarks I may make upon review may not be dismissed by my having "given up” too soon. But I make that commitment reluctantly and with less than a full heart. I find the opening chapter so devoid of a fear of God and reverence for Him that I am discouraged about continuing.
