This book solved so many questions I had from the beginning of learning probability theory, information theory, and complexity. How can we define random? what is regularity? Is there any objective, final answer to these questions? The answer is YES

just finished up the incompressibility method and am moving into chapter 7. can now establish upper and lower bounds on chest's increasingly hirsute nature. some seriously slow going, but this is gonna be my phd thesis so may as well learn it. not recommended for anyone else.
