I was excited to read this book after my friend gave it a 5 star review. Demon Copperhead is one of my favorite books of all time, so I had high expectations for this one. Unfortunately, much to my dismay, I am stopping here, 44% of the way through. I just cannot read it anymore. I find it very tedious & unnecessarily drawn out. I dread reading it instead of eagerly anticipating getting back to it.
