Picked up from among the flotsam at the FOL sale, I didn't intend to read this. After passing it repeatedly with it staring at me with big lonesome eyes, I ventured a try. I find that I agree with Clinton's mantra of "opportunity for everyone, responsibility for self, and community responsibility to individual". I didn't quote directly, but drew heavily on recollection.
