Very interesting play and unique telling of a democratic justice system. I found the play to be the easiest to understand and the most imaginative. I really enjoyed the incorporation of the furies and their storyline that resulted in them getting a rebrand. Also, Athena was fun and the chorus didn’t annoy me as much as the choruses in the other plays.

absolutely convinced that the repeated εὐφαμεῖτε/ὀλολύξατε are calls to the audience to sing along

once again thinking of the time I saw the whole Oresteia at Epidaurus last year and when Athena established the court of the Areopagus the whole audience clapped ❤️
